NRTG Ticket Policies

Seniors, Students, and Veterans

NRTG has special reduced-rate pricing for Senior Citizens, Students, and Military personnel. To qualify as a Senior, the purchaser must be at 55 years of age or older. Student rates apply to all children 17 years of age and younger and to older students who can present a currently-valid Student ID. Military discounts are available to any veterans or active-duty members of our United States Armed Forces.

Special Events

Standard ticket pricing and policies apply only to NRTG’s five mainstage performances each season. They do not apply to fundraisers, benefit concerts, and other special events. Separate tickets must be purchased for such special events. NRTG Season Tickets cannot be used and different pricing may apply.

Will Call

Tickets that are reserved or purchased in advanced for NRTG performances can be picked up at the box office at the Ellicott Creek Playhouse before the performance right up until curtain time. The Box Office opens one hour before curtain.

Returns & Exchanges

Tickets for Single Shows
No Refunds. Tickets cannot be returned for a refund. In unusual circumstances, unused tickets may be exchanged during the run of a show for tickets for another NRTG production. Please call for details. Once the run of a show is completed, tickets for that show cannot be exchanged.

Season Tickets
Exchanges. A benefit of becoming a season ticketholder is the ability for a one-time ticket exchange for each show. Exchange requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to opening night of the show you'd like to exchange tickets for. Exchange requests may be left on the Season Ticket Exchange Line (716.260.2507) or via email ([email protected]).

Seating

All NRTG performances are now assigned seating. You must have a ticket with a designated seat for each performance. Please call the box office at 716.260.2319 with any questions.

Please arrive with ample time for ushers to help you to your assigned seat. Doors open 30 minutes before all productions. Any late arrivals to a production will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager, and may need to be seated in the side/rear usher seats to avoid disrupting other patrons.

COVID Precautions

Updated 9/16/22
Masks and proof of vaccine are no longer required to attend NRTG shows and events.

First, thank you to all our loyal patrons who have been submitting questions regarding these policies, and for your patience and understanding as we weigh such difficult and unprecedented decisions.

NRTG's policy, since the beginning of the pandemic, has been to incorporate the information received from CDC and other regulatory bodies into our own approach in monitoring risk for our performers, volunteers, organization, and most importantly, you, our patrons.

Considering that approach and the most recent information available, the Board of Directors for NRTG has decided to suspend the requirement for vaccinations and masking for our upcoming productions and 100th season celebrations.

Please keep in mind that, while not required, we encourage our patrons to mask at their own comfort. Additionally, please consider the safety and well-being of others when attending our productions if you are in any way exposed and/or suffering symptoms of COVID19.

Thank you again for your understanding, and ON WITH THE SHOW!
